Chang Ming Thien Scholarship for PhD Degree

Field of Study

1. PhD degree in any field of science and engineering

Eligibility
The scholarship will be awarded on the basis of academic merits to an applicant who fulfills the following requirements:

1. Malaysian citizen of age below 40 years;
2. Undertakes or have been accepted by UTAR for a full time PhD degree study.
3. Provides evidence of research competence in the relevant field;
4. Has strong leadership qualities and is active in co-curricular activities or community services.

Scholarship Coverage

1. A scholarship of up to RM 150,000.00 will be awarded to the successful candidate to cover tuition fees and resaerch costs.
